SVP, Brand Partnerships - East

Dose is looking to fill the newly-created role of SVP Brand Partnerships - East to join our growing revenue team. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Leader who will act as a player coach to drive revenue throughout the East Coast and Midwest markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to have huge impact on a scaling business and utilize deep knowledge of the industry to add to Dose’s success as a premiere brand partner and publisher. This is a key senior leadership and influencer role within the company. Compelling compensation, including attractive equity participation.

Specifically, you will:

  • Build and implement revenue strategy and tactical plans to produce and grow revenue.
  • Leverage existing client relationships, including brand-direct and agency partnerships.
  • Position Dose in the marketplace as a leading brand partner and publisher able to strategically help brands connect with target consumers in a unique way.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and timely delivery of campaign work.
  • Effectively and proactively mentor, lead and coach East and Midwest revenue teams.
  • Consistently hold self and teams accountable for driving and growing revenue.
  • Effectively manage staff utilization to meet profitability targets.
  • Work effectively with other Dose leaders and stakeholders, bringing a strong team-orientation and spirit.
  • Represent Dose on industry panels and speaking engagements in market.
