We're looking for a Campaign Analyst to join our growing Brand Strategy team. The Brand Strategy team is responsible for interacting with existing and potential clients to deliver outstanding creative work and execution of social campaigns across various social platforms. The Campaign Analyst role is critical to ensuring each campaign achieves optimal success, in terms of social reach and client expectations.

The Gig: 

  • Brainstorm with the team regarding campaign ideas
  • Generate multiple themes for various campaigns
  • Post and monitor Facebook ad campaigns
  • Write compelling social copy or work with the Content team for social copy
  • Analyze and improve campaigns based on key metrics
  • Identify new opportunities and strategies to deliver the best results
  • Build client decks that resonate and meet client and team standards
  • Complete reports on both weekly progress and special campaigns
  • Monitor client web pages and Facebook accounts for videos and stories that have the potential to go viral


  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Good statistical, math and analytical skills
  • Strong social copywriting skills preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and under tight deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of how Facebook works and experience with FB Ad Manager preferred
  • Passion for social media
